Background

The Isaac Centre for Public Policy (ICPP) at Ashoka University is focused on shaping India’s public policy landscape through research, ideas, and dialogue.

To further this mission, ICPP launched its annual flagship event — the ICPP Growth Conference — bringing together policymakers, academics, and thought leaders to discuss India’s growth story.

We were brought on to create the brand identity for the conference, giving it a distinctive voice and visual presence that reflects ICPP’s values: clarity, credibility, and forward-thinking.


The Concept

Public policy shapes how a nation grows — piece by piece, policy by policy.

For the ICPP Growth Conference, the identity is built around the idea that different areas of public policy — finance, regulation, employment, rural development, and more — act as building blocks. Each plays a crucial role, but it’s at their intersection that real progress happens.

These blocks are dynamic. They shift, connect, and evolve — just like the policies they represent. Together, they create a foundation for long-term national growth.

The visual language reflects this idea of movement and assembly — a system of evolving parts coming together to form something greater than the sum of its parts.
